This incumbent will support the Design & FF & E team in all design phases (Ph 1 to Ph 5) to work closely with Design & FF&E teams to ensure project schedule and deliverables are in accordance with contractual and Client’s agreement.

The incumbent will be responsible for FF&E in all design phases (Ph 1 to Ph 5), from design process to project concept, branding, sourcing products, preparing sample boards and producing specification and schedules including to obtain material unit cost reference information.

The incumbent will be responsible in all design phases from phase 1 to phase 5. The incumbent also worked closely with the Project Director (if any) to ensures designs are in accordance to the contractual and Client’s agreement.

The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing the financial operations of an established Interior Designing firm. This includes overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis activities.

The incumbent will assist the Finance Manager in planning and performing accounting services. Duties will include but not limited to accounts payable/receivable, accounts controlling, preparing, and analysing financial statements for reporting.

The incumbent will be responsible for preparation of design documentation including tender, construction, and detailing drawings.
