Summary
The incumbent will be responsible for FF&E in all design phases (Ph 1 to Ph 5), from design process to project concept, branding, sourcing products, preparing sample boards and producing specification and schedules including obtaining material unit cost reference information.
To work closely with Project lead to ensure designs are in accordance to contractual and Client’s agreement, to check shop drawings and samples including manufactured items.
This incumbent is also responsible to ensure budget is met and FF&E items are sourced up to Client’s expectation.

Your role include but not limited:
- Responsible for selecting and preparing FF&E presentation of materials and finishes
- Work closely with design team in concept and design development, ensure designs are in accordance to contractual and Client’s agreement
- Coordinate with design team in developing furniture layout, perspectives, and 2D/3D renderings
- Work closely and assist in co-ordination with consultants and clients when the need arises
- Ensure that project assignments are completed within the given deadline
- Prepare full sets of FF&E specifications and documentations for tender & construction drawings
- Ensure budget is met and FF&E items are sourced up to client’s expectation
- Attend site meetings and site/factory inspection to review materials and furniture
- Able to handle multiple projects
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Textiles or Interior Design or equivalent
- Sufficient years of relevant experience in FF&E especially in the hospitality industry
- Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office (knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, AutoCAD, 3D Max and Sketchup will be a plus)
- Good knowledge of drawing preparation and CAD standard
- Able to interpret specifications and layouts
- Good Knowledge of site work and progress
- Strong in design detailing and freehand sketching would be advantage
- Compulsory to be proficient in English and Thai – both in reading and writing
- Strong organisational skills and must be a team player
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and perform in a fast-paced environment
- Responsible and ability to work independently with minimum supervision
